Pre-Treatment Care
To ensure optimal results, please:
• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to treatment
• Avoid anti-inflammatory medications (e.g. ibuprofen) unless prescribed
• Arrive with clean hair and scalp
• Do not apply styling products on the day of treatment
• Avoid scalp treatments or chemical hair treatments for 7 days before
• Microneedling with exosomes is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding
Post-Treatment Care
For the first 24 hours:
• Avoid washing your hair
• Avoid touching or scratching the scalp
• Avoid strenuous exercise
For the first 48 hours:
• Avoid heat exposure, including saunas, steam rooms, and hot yoga
For the first 7 days:
• Avoid hair colouring, chemical treatments, or scalp exfoliation
• Use gentle, non-irritating hair products only
